FAQ
I have my design ready, and I know how many and what type of T-shirts I want printed. Now what?
Give us a shout and let us do a formal quote for you. We'll take your artwork and put together a digital proof so you can check placement and size of the artwork on the T-shirt. Once you sign off on the proof we'll put your order in production!
How long does it take to get an order printed?
From the time you okay the proof, it takes 7-9 business days to print an order and ship it out. If you need it quicker we can expedite orders for a 30% rush charge.
I have a rough idea of what I want the design to look like but no way of laying it out on the computer. Can you help?
Yes. We do charge $30 /hr for design and "digitizing" work. If you've got an idea scribbled on the back of a napkin or something bouncing around in your head, we can help!
How will I know what my shirt will look like once it's printed?
We provide each client a digital mock-up of what your shirt will look like. This ensures that you're happy with the placement and scaling of your design before we print it.
How should I send my dital artwork to you?
You can email it. We can accept almost any format but we prefer JPEG, Photoshop PSD, TIFF, or Illustrator EPS.
What type of printing process do you use? Do you use iron-ons or heat transfers?
We use traditional silk screen printing techniques with Plastisol textile inks which are much more durable, and better looking, than iron-on or heat transfer designs.
Can I get a sample shirt printed before you begin the full print run?
We can provide a test sample, upon request. To produce the sample and to cover our costs we charge a fee of $20 per color, per location, plus the cost of the shirt to produce the sample. If you sign off on the production run the screen fee is deducted from your order total.
